IDDBA Unveils Atlanta Expo Program
The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) has unveiled its seminar lineup for its annual Dairy-Deli-Bake, set to take place June 7 to June 9 in Atlanta.
Among the highlights of IDDBA's speaker lineup: Jeff Noddle, Bob Knight, Jim Gaffigan, Martin Lindstrom, Dr. Oren Harari, Dr. Lowell B. Catlett and Harold Lloyd. Gen. Colin Powell and Food Network personality Alton Brown are also on tap by popular demand.
Jeff Noddle, Supervalu's chairman/CEO, will address "The Future Of Food Retailing" while Bob Knight, former head basketball coach at Texas Tech and at Indiana University, will share "A Little Knight Magic."
Jim Gaffigan, food humorist, writer, actor and standup comedian, will discuss "Beyond the Pale: The Ultimate Foodie," and Ray Burke, president of In-Store Bakery and Foodservice Divisions for Rich Products Corp. and 2008-2009 IDDBA president, will address, "Live To Eat; Eat to Live."
Additionally, Carol Christison, Madison, Wis.-based IDDBA's executive director, will present "Food Trends: The People's Choice."
