Buy For Less Kiosk Will Dispense Coupons, Create Holographic Images

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Buy For Less, a regional grocery chain with locations throughout central Oklahoma, plans to install point-of-purchase coupon dispensing and in-store advertising solutions in all 10 of its locations.

The automated coupon machine (ACM) from Austin, Texas-based Retail Kiosk supplier BetaCorp Management, Inc., is an interactive kiosk that will provide Buy For Less shoppers with coupons through the use of a touchscreen monitor and printer. To attract shoppers to the ACM, a 3D holographic display projects digital video images that appear as objects floating in space.

"Shoppers will benefit from the in-store coupons, and many will be attracted to the holographic advertising," said Steve Lawrence, general manager of Buy For Less. "Anything that helps us engage the customer will have residual impact, and the ACM certainly helps engage the shopper."

Buy For Less operates nine stores under the Buy For Less banner and one Valu Foods store, as well as a grocery warehouse. The company's stores feature Best Choice or Always Save private label lines, and are merchandised with customer value in mind.
