HEB's Central Markets to Roll Out New Sushi Bars
SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- H.E. Butt Grocery Co. here has signed on with Bloomington, Minn.-based sushi and Asian cuisine supplier Sushi Avenue, Inc. to open five new sushi bars in its gourmet Central Market stores in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, and San Antonio.
"Central Market and HEB are highly respected by everyone in the industry," noted Nay Hla, owner and c.e.o. of Sushi Avenue, in a statement released Friday. "This really puts us on the map as a prominent sushi supplier."
Currently, Sushi Avenue supplies nine supermarket chains in six states.
