John Derderian Named President of Allegiance

John Derderian has been named president of Allegiance Retail Services, LLC and Foodtown Inc. Currently VP sales and marketing, Derderian will succeed Michael Stolarz, who will remain a senior executive advisor until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.

Allegiance, a retail services cooperative, provides advertising, merchandising, administrative and collective purchasing services to more than 80 independently-owned and -operated supermarkets in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
