Roche Bros. Named Among "Best Places to Work' in Mass.
Roche Bros. Supermarkets yesterday was named one of the Boston Globe's "100 Top Places To Work" list -- ranking No. 6 for large companies, and
No. 26 overall - and was the only grocer to make the list.
"Throughout our company, whether it be in our stores, in our executive offices, and even with our relationships with outside vendors and suppliers, the Roche family has historically developed a sense of pride, accomplishment, and appreciation," said Ed Roche, president of Roche Bros. "We take this vote of confidence by our employees as a reminder that all of us increase our efforts to make Roche Bros. Supermarkets a great place to shop and work."
Employees of companies responded to a series of questions to determine which employers delivered the most rewarding work experience.
Roche Bros. operates 15 Roche Bros. and three Sudbury Farms Supermarkets throughout eastern Massachusetts, and employs nearly 4,300 associates.
