Dierbergs Opens 2 More Starbucks Within Stores

Diebergs Markets has opened a third Starbucks coffee shop in its Manchester, Mo., location with a fourth planned to open later this month. The company, with 25 stores in the St. Louis metro area, opened two Starbucks within its locations last year.

“We’re incredibly pleased to grow our partnership with Starbucks,” said Greg Dierberg, Dierbergs Markets CEO.  “In stores where they’re already located, the Starbucks brand has become a valued part of the Dierbergs experience and culture.  We’re excited to further improve our customers’ experience as we move forward with our two new locations.”

Chesterfield, Mo.-based Dierbergs was founded as a country store in 1854 and began expanding in 1967. Today, the fourth generation of the Dierberg family manages the company, which has grown to 25 stores and 4,100 employees.
