Festival Foods Ups Randy Munns to New Marketing Role

Festival Foods has promoted company veteran Randy Munns to senior vice president, marketing and merchandising.

In this expanded role, Munns will continue to lead the company's marketing and merchandising team on the non-perishable side, with the added responsibility for the perishables team. 

Munns joined Festival in 1991 as a third-shift grocery manager. He subsequently served as a buyer, merchandising director and non-perishables director before being named to his most recent position of VP, merchandising and marketing. Prior to joining Festival, Munns worked for Cub Foods.

“Randy has been a key contributor to our company’s growth,” noted Mark Skogen, Festival Foods president and CEO. “He has a great mind for marketing and merchandising; his promotion is well deserved.”

Festival Foods operates 20 supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. In the fall of 2015, the company will open its 21st store in Janesville and 22nd store in Madison. In 2016, three more stores will open in Green Bay, Somers and Menasha, Wis.
