La Bella Marketplace Joins Retail Co-op

La Bella Marketplace in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn, N.Y., celebrates its grand reopening today as part of the Allegiance Retail Services Cooperative.

Owned and operated by Leonard and Frank Pesce, La Bella Marketplace is well known for its Italian specialty deli and meats, prepared foods and gourmet bakery.

“We are proud to have the second La Bella Marketplace join our co-op,” said David Maniaci, chairman and CEO of Allegiance Retail Services LLC. “The store in Staten Island has been prosperous and we look forward to the success of the new La Bella Marketplace in Brooklyn as well.”
