BJ’s Enhances Omnichannel Offering

BJ's Wholesale Club has made significant upgrades to its omnichannel offering that aim to simplify members’ ability to find values in its clubs, online or via mobile devices. Among the enhancements are a streamlined membership site, improved search and navigation features and a better online assortment.

“By investing in our omnichannel offerings, we're making it easier than ever for members to join our club, research products and shop at BJ’s,” said EVP Bari Harlam.

The website overhaul is the company’s largest in six years.

Last April, BJ’s introduced its Pick Up & Pay service, which enables members shop online and pick up their orders at a conveniently located club.

Wholly owned by affiliates of Leonard Green & Partners, CVC Capital Partners and its management team, Westborough, Mass-based BJ’s operates 214 membership warehouse clubs and 130 BJ's Gas locations in 15 eastern states.
