Boulder, Colo., Sprouts to Re-Open Following Flood Repairs

Natural and organic foods retailer Sprouts Farmers Market will open the doors of its Boulder location on Arapahoe Ave. this Wednesday following repairs caused by the recent Colorado floods.

While it’s still recovering from the storm, the store also lent a helping hand to others in need with several donations, including:

  • Two-and-a-half semi-trailers of non-perishables and paper products were donated to the Food Bank of Larimer County last week to help people in the towns of Fort Collins, Greeley and Louisville.
  • A Grab 'N Give is being held in the store from Sept. 25 through Oct. 6. Shoppers are invited to help Sprouts feed Boulderites in need by purchasing and donating bags of groceries at a 10 percent discount.
  • From Oct. 4 - 6, the store will take 10 percent off every shopper's total purchase, and will donate 10 percent of all net proceeds to Foothills United Way.
