Weis Unveils New Price Program

Earlier this month, Weis Markets launched its “Three More Ways to Save” program, which offers discounts on more than 2,000 products through three distinct promotions.

Each week, Weis will offer four Lowest Price Guarantee products. If a competitor advertises the same item at a lower price, the customer will receive double the price difference with their purchase.

Weis' Everyday Low Prices promotion offers lowered prices on more than 1,000 products throughout all departments. And Weis’ 90-Day Price Freeze program, which celebrates its 10th edition, has lowered the price on seasonally relevant items through April 13.

“In January, our customers look to us for ways to stretch their dollars, not just on a weekly basis but over the long-term,” said Kurt Schertle, Weis Markets’ executive vice president. “To meet these expectations, we’ve launched Three More Ways to Save, which offers an expanded range of every day savings throughout every store department. Equally important, these are savings they can depend on over the long haul.”

Sunbury, Pa.-based Weis Markets operates 165 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and West Virginia.
