    Beaverton Foods, Inc., the largest U.S. producer of non-refrigerated horseradish and specialty mustards, has entered the organic category for the first time with its Inglehoffer Stone Ground Mustard and Honey Mustard flavors. The USDA certified organic mustards join the more than 20 Inglehoffer brand mustards, horseradishes, tartar and cocktail sauces manufactured by the 80-year-old Beaverton, Ore.-based company, which also offers products under the Beaver, Old Spice, Napa Valley and Tulelake labels. The 10.25-ounce Organic Honey Mustard and the 10-ounce Inglehoffer Organic Stone Ground Mustard both retail for a suggested $4.99.
