Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Amy's, which plans to showcase its new products at the NFRA Convention, is launching a brand-new frozen food category with its Amy's Non-Dairy Frozen Desserts. The company claims to have found a way to make a frozen, certified-vegan dessert that has the "luscious, velvety texture and flavor of super-premium dairy ice cream," but without milk or eggs. All four new flavors – Chocolate, Vanilla, Mint Chocolate Chip and Mocha Chocolate Chip – are made with coconut milk. SRP is $6.99 per pint.

All Hail Caesar's
More than 600 Publix Super Markets will soon be carrying three select protein and five vegetarian entrées in the line of gluten-free frozen pasta entrées from Blackwood, N.J.-based Caesar's Pasta Products, a third-generation, family-owned and -operated business. The protein pasta entrées include gluten-free Beef Cannelloni – Florentine Style in Marinara Sauce, with hormone- and antibiotic-free cheese, and gluten-free Chicken Lasagna – Cacciatore Style, with cage-free chicken, with respective SRPs of $4.99 and $5.99. The ravioli selections are gluten-free Beef Ravioli, with hormone- and antibiotic-free beef, and gluten-free Cheese Ravioli with hormone- and antibiotic-free cheese, retailing at $5.99 and $6.49, respectively. Caesar's Vegetarian entrées will be Cheese Lasagna, Manicotti, Stuffed Shells and Vegetable Lasagna, which are gluten- and wheat-free and all-natural.

Go Fusion Foods, based in Frankfort, Mich., has introduced Go Fusion, a frozen sandwich filled with gourmet Asian fusion flavors. As Asian fusion cuisine continues to grow exponentially in popularity around the United States – especially among the coveted Millennial segment – this new line provides the market with gourmet, Asian and fusion options for consumers. Longmont, Colo.-based Burrito Kitchens is getting ready to unveil a line of Gluten Free Burritos featuring four flavors made with cage-free eggs, free-range chicken, locally grown vegetables and other quality fillings. The all-natural tortilla formerly used in the production of Burrito Kitchens' premium burritos has been replaced by a certified gluten- and wheat-free tortilla consisting of potato and tapioca flour. Turkey Hill has relaunched its All Natural Ice Cream line, featuring new flavors and updated packaging. The premium ice cream is 100 percent all-natural, according to the Conestoga, Pa.-based-company. Flavors include Sea Salted Caramel and Vanilla Bean & Chocolate, as well as limited-edition flavors such as Butter Almond (from September to December). Turkey Hill's new package design features neutral yet distinct graphics that fit in with the all-natural category, plus a fun retro logo. The all-natural ice cream has an SRP of $6.49-$6.99 (48 ounces).
Turkey Hill also has revealed additions to its premium drink line, including All Natural Lemonade and SunBrew Tea. The drinks are sold in 57.6-ounce clear PET bottles with an elegant yet easy-to-grip bottle design, and upscale labeling.
All Natural Lemonade is made with 12 percent lemon juice and real cane sugar. Turkey Hill SunBrew, meanwhile, contains no preservatives and no added colors and is made with simple ingredients: real cane sugar, fresh tea and pure water.
