KeHE Hires Former Fresh & Easy, Wild Oats Staff

KeHE Distributors is bulking up its staff at its newly established Boulder, Colo.-based Natural Sales and Marketing headquarters with the appointment of Scott Silverman as executive director, natural and organic.

Silverman comes to KeHE from Tesco-owned Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, where he was the merchandising executive responsible for innovation and execution of marketing and merchandising strategies across all core grocery categories. Previously he held the positions of category director, specialty, natural and organic at Winn Dixie; organic programs director at New Hope Natural Media; and was founder and president of Scotty’s Naturals—an organic non-dairy beverage and vegetarian foods company based in Boulder.

In addition, Beata Pabian Klenk will be joining the team in Boulder as category director, gluten free. From her time spent with Wild Oats, SPINS and Data Garden, Klenk brings extensive assortment expertise in the natural products arena.

Anne Evanoff, KeHE’s current category director for vitamins, minerals, supplements and personal care will also relocate to the Boulder office.
