Recognizing that many moms are scouring the Web for parenting resources, Kellogg’s Frosted Mini-Wheats cereal and MSN.com have created “Mom’s Homeroom.” This online resource, located at momshomeroom.msn.com, is designed to provide real advice based on experiences from other moms.

Updated twice a month, the site explores topics ranging from nutrition, to memory and retention, to classroom attentiveness. It includes unscripted videos, articles and discussion boards. Among those contributing to the conversation are four experts in the field of elementary education, home schooling, child psychiatry and nutrition.

“Frosted Mini-Wheats is committed to connecting moms with resources, each other to help their kids do their best in school,” said Anne-Marie Suarez-Davis, director of mom brands at the Battle Creek, Mich.-based Kellogg Co. “Parents carry a wealth of knowledge and experience, and it’s exciting to help them share it with one another, while connecting them with the resources they are looking for.”
