    Kings Parent Welcomes New Real Estate Veep

    Will oversee engineering, maintenance while spearheading aggressive growth strategy

    Matt Cozza has joined Parsippany, N.J.-based AG Supermarket Holdings in the newly created role of VP of real estate and business development, where he will oversee the engineering and maintenance team while spearheading the company’s aggressive growth strategy, which focuses on building and acquiring new stores while also enhancing its existing stores.

    With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Cozza has proven success with opening stores for companies in growth modes including Blockbuster Video, Rite Aid, Family Dollar and Kinney Drugs. Most recently, Cozza held the position of director of new store development with Fairway Markets.
