    Laros Becomes Partner at The TABS Group

    Promotion will enable company's continued expansion in CPG industry

    The TABS Group has promoted Bill Laros to partner. Laros has been with the Shelton, Conn.-based company, which performs sales and marketing analytics in the consumer products industry, since 2006, when he came aboard as a senior consultant managing key accounts.

    Over a 25-year career in the CPG industry, helping manufacturers and retailers alike improve business results by providing actionable data analysis and recommendations, Laros worked for Burke Marketing and Nielsen before joining TABS. He has led large service organizations in support of his clients, gaining the trust and reliance of some of the largest food, beverage, and personal care manufacturers/retailers in the United States, as well as in other nations.

    “Bill has been instrumental in developing the TABS WorldView service, the only service in the industry that integrates and harmonizes syndicated retail sales data from multiple markets and data suppliers,” said Kurt Jetta, founder and president of privately owned TABS, which has offices in Chicago; Boston; Los Angeles; Dallas; Boca Raton, Fla.; and San Luis Obispo, Calif. “In addition, he has done an outstanding job in expanding TABS Group reach to such major CPG players as Mars, Hormel and Pfizer.”

    He added that Laros’ promotion would continue to allow TABS to expand further in the CPG industry. “Our growth is due to innovative marketing approaches, along with our cutting-edge technology and software, including the recent launch of our new TABS WorldView service,” said Jetta.
