Loss Prevention Leaders to Gather for NRF Conference and Expo
More than 2,900 retail loss prevention executives will be heading to Orlando this year for the National Retail Federation's annual Loss Prevention Conference and Expo. The event will be held June 23-25 at the Orange County Convention Center.
Over the course of the three-day event, guests will hear from retail executives from Circuit City, Gap, Sears Holdings, Best Buy, Macy's, Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, Lowe's, Mervyns, and Saks Fifth Avenue. In addition to educational sessions and forums lead by these companies, attendees will also hear from retail crime experts at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Montgomery County Police Department.
Session topics include: LERPnet: Today and in the Future; Link to Shrink; State of the LP Industry and Volunteers in Action Presentation; Crisis in the Shopping Center -- "Active Shooter"; Successfully Responding to Cyber Intrusions; and Becoming a Loss Prevention Director.
