Madison Lane Sales and Marketing, the Portland, Ore.-based specialty food brokerage, has named Rachel Howard President of the company’s Specialty Retail Division.
Howard (left) brings 25 years of specialty food industry experience to the position, in which she will represent and manage lines of specialty food products to major chain and independent retail grocery stores throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. Howard will also be responsible for sales and marketing of newly acquired Murdock & White specialty retail products.
“Rachel will be a great addition to our company,” said Brian Howard, owner of Madison Lane. “She brings a strong background in specialty retail grocery and marketing. Rachel’s passion and energy will be a huge asset for Madison Lane.”
Prior to joining Madison Lane, Howard was a regional sales manager for DCI Cheese Company/Saputo US for six years.
Madison Lane Sales and Marketing represents local, national and international products, and provides customer service to retail grocery and foodservice clients in five states.
