    To publicize the new resealable stay-fresh bag for its Restaurant Style Croutons, Mrs. Cubbison’s Foods, Inc. will launch a “No More Naked Salads” consumer sweepstakes, which will invite people to reveal the various ingredients with which they enliven their salads at home. Scheduled to run from Sept. 1 through Dec. 31, 2010, the competition will additionally encourage shoppers to buy other items to add to their salads — along with Mrs. Cubbison’s croutons, of course — for more creative combinations.

    The contest’s grand prize is a year’s supply of free groceries, valued at $5,200 value, from the winner’s favorite market. Further, 20 first-prize winners will each receive $100 grocery gift certificates. Selected tips and salad recipes will be available on the Commerce, Calif.-based company’s Web site, www.mrscubbisons.com.

    Mrs. Cubbison’s new moisture-proof bag retains fresh-from-the-oven crunchiness.
