In a bid to enhance its retail business, Mrs. Fields said it has introduced redesigned packaging and new cookie recipes.
The design new package is similar to that of the revamped Mrs. Fields stores across the country, evoking a sense of nostalgia for the premium brand, while adding a touch of luxury, the manufacturer said. Eye-catching product shots on the box tempt shoppers to try at least one of the eight individually wrapped soft and chewy cookies within.
The cookie recipes now feature more bakery flavor and better-quality ingredients, and the soft-baked products remain fresh for their entire shelf life, the company said.
The new packaging and updated product are scheduled to ship to stores on June 15, single-serve product on July 15, and club packs at the end on July to early August, according to a company spokeswoman.
The company said its products are available at over 400 retail locations in the United States, almost 100 locations internationally, and online.
