MyWebGrocer Teams with Buy4Now

MyWebGrocer said yesterday that it has joined with Buy4Now, Inc. to offer its advertising solution to retail grocers employing the Buy4Now e-commerce solution in the United States. Buy4Now becomes the third major solutions provider to join the MyWebGrocer Ad Network in just the past two weeks, following Webstop and adplex.

Through this partnership, MyWebGrocer ups its store footprint to almost 4,000 locations. Buy4Now’s customers will be able to take advantage of the benefits of the advertising network option and the increased revenues that may be achieved from the burgeoning online advertising market, MyWebGrocer said.

“Buy4Now has a great customer base and an excellent e-commerce product, and even though we sometimes compete as solutions providers to retail grocery chains, we both recognize that offering a revenue opportunity to our respective clients is a win-win situation,” noted MyWebGrocer c.e.o. Ireland-based Buy4Now provides e-commerce consultancy and solutions to retailers in the U.S and Europe. Its retail partners include A&P, Roche Bros., Lunds/Byerly’s, and Portland, Ore.’s New Season Markets.

Colchester, Vt.-based MyWebGrocer was one of the first to launch online services for grocers, in 1999 The company has the largest grocery advertising network in the country, covering 80 percent of the United States.
