    A New Kind of Couscous

Lundberg Family Farms, the nation’s No. 1 producer of organic rice and rice products, has now introduced couscous made with organic brown rice. Gently crushed into tiny granules and then fire-roasted to impart a subtle nutty flavor, the product, which qualifies as a heart-healthy whole grain as recommended by the USDA, can serve as either a side dish or a base for a main course.
