Nikos Feta Helps Shoppers Attain ‘Greek’ Condition

DCI Cheese Co. will shortly roll out “Be a Greek God or Goddess” competition, which offers consumers the chance to win one of three free gym memberships.

DCI Cheese Co. will shortly roll out “Be a Greek God or Goddess” competition, which offers consumers the chance to win one of three free gym memberships. Sponsored by DCI’s Nikos Feta brand, a domestic feta made in Wisconsin and available in four varieties, the giveaway will provide mail-in entry forms at promotional displays in the specialty cheese section of participating retailers across the country from May 1 through June 30, as well as contest rules and an online entry form at www.dcicheeseco.com.

“As we head into the summer months, trends have shown that consumers renew their focus to trim and tone their bodies through diet and exercise,” says Dominique Delugeau, SVP of Sales at Richfield, Wis.-based DCI. “Nikos offers a variety of healthy eating options — both as a snack and as part of a well-rounded meal. Through this Greek-themed promotion, Nikos takes it one step further, giving three lucky customers the chance to transform themselves into Hercules with free gym memberships.”

The contest is open to all legal residents age 18 or older of the United States and District of Columbia. Submissions will be accepted online through June 30 and by mail through July 7. The three grand prizes of free gym memberships will be awarded as $500 Visa gift cards.
