MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. this week opened the doors to what it bills as its newest and most complete supermarket, in Sun Prairie, Wis. The 60,000-plus square-foot Copps store is Roundy's second in Sun Prairie.
The new Copps unit features a sushi bar, fresh sandwiches, salad bar with fresh cut fruit and juice, fresh produce department, bulk foods department, coffee and smoothie bar with seating, drive-through pharmacy, wine and spirits department, a Guaranty bank, and full-service meat, seafood, deli, bakery and floral departments, said Roundy's.
With nearly $4 billion in sales, Roundy's Supermarkets operates 155 retail grocery stores under the Pick 'n Save, Copps and Rainbow Foods banners in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
