STEVENS POINT, Wis. -- Fred Morganthall, president of supermarket chain Harris Teeter, will keynote The Independent Food Brokers (IFBA), fourth annual Top to Top Executive Business Conference on May 3-5, 2007 at the Wyndham Hotel, Chicago.
In addition, Todd Hale, s.v.p. of consumer insights for market research firm AC Nielsen will offer a perspective on the changing retail landscape.
The conference includes a two-day series of business-to-business meetings between independent food brokers and manufacturer line principal contacts, and concludes with the IFBA annual business meeting and an educational session.
New in 2007, an IFBA Marketplace table-top trade show will take place from 1-5 p.m. on Friday, May 4, giving manufacturers' exposure of their new products to independent food brokers representing the 83 IFBA member companies from across North America.
IFBA is one of six membership divisions of the National Association for Retail Marketing Services (NARMS), which has over 500 member companies that perform merchandising services, sales marketing, event marketing, demonstration, and other retail services.
