    Retail Merchandising Service Co., Tech Company Team Up for Better Results in the Field

    Irvine, Calif. and Sterling, Va. -- Merchandising services supplier Retail Merchandising Xpress (RMX) and work force management solutions vendor South49 Solutions have formed a partnership to streamline and improve accuracy and reporting for large scale-projects in the field.

    Irvine, Calif. and Sterling, Va. -- Merchandising services supplier Retail Merchandising Xpress (RMX) and work force management solutions vendor South49 Solutions have formed a partnership to streamline and improve accuracy and reporting for large scale-projects in the field.

    By employing South 49's NaturalInsight work force management software, RMX -- a division of Advantage Sales & Marketing -- can schedule, monitor, and report on such projects with improved speed and accuracy.

    "From the outset, RMX set a goal of providing outstanding service in retail merchandising by hiring the best people and equipping them with the best technology available, and that's what NaturalInsight provides," said Kenny Bell, national director of retail operations for RMX. "With NaturalInsight we can easily staff, manage, and track a multitude of active jobs involving tens of thousands of individual store visits."

    The software will also give RMX the ability to view, accept, and report work assignments by logging on to a Web-based dashboard that provides details and requirements for each store visit.
