BOULDER, Colo. -- Wild Oats here recently named Kettle Cuisine, Inc. as its "2005 Foodservice Vendor of the Year" award.
The natural foods retailer presented the award to the Chelsea, Mass.-based Kettle Cuisine at Wild Stock, the retailer's annual employee/vendor meeting that took place at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
"We're excited to be part of the growing success of Wild Oats' prepared foods by providing natural and convenient products that taste great and satisfy their customer's needs," said Kettle Cuisine president and founder Jerry Shafir, "We look forward to continuing our partnership."
Kettle Cuisine makes over 60 varieties of fresh refrigerated and select frozen soups, stews and chowders for consumers and professional chefs. Their soups are available to Wild Oats Markets nationwide and to foodservice providers through distributors along the East Coast and in the Midwest.
