DENVER -- Jim Henger has joined the National Cattlemen's Beef Association here as executive director of retail marketing.
Most recently, Henger served as director of marketing and then director of account development with Swift & Co. His extensive resume also includes experience as meat/deli supervisor for Super Food Services and national account manager for IBP.
Henger's expertise in retail meat marketing dates back to when he worked in his family's IGA stores in Ohio. As executive director, retail marketing, he will be responsible for leading the NCBA's retail team as it executes programs through the Beef Checkoff Program.
