MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- National Commerce Bank Services, Inc. (NCBS) said yesterday that its 2005 Retail Banking Conference, which will be held June 6 to June 7 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, would feature the input of top food retailers in a panel discussion. The theme of this year’s conference is "Retail Solutions from the Ground-Up."

"Industry leaders from large retailers. . .Wal-Mart, Kroger, and Safeway, to major financial institutions such as Fifth Third Bank and Tri-Counties Bank will discuss how to make your retail financial centers profitable. The 2005 NCBS Retail Banking Conference, now in its 18th year, draws more than 300 attendees from the United States and abroad. In addition to topics such as site selection and design, this year's conference will place a heavy emphasis on cutting-edge strategies for hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating retail sales staff to produce greater profits.
