HUNT VALLEY, Md. - RewardsPlus said yesterday that it's providing Keene, N.H.-based C&S Wholesale Grocers with RealLife Benefits, RewardsPlus' core and voluntary benefits management solution.
RealLife Benefits is a comprehensive suite of Web-based applications and professional services designed to simplify and automate employee benefits communication, self-service enrollment, and ongoing administration. The system helps employers significantly reduce the amount of time spent on benefits administration while improving their ability to deliver effective benefits programs to employees through a single-source solution.
RewardsPlus is providing core benefits enrollment for all 10,000 C&S employees through an integrated, multimedia Web/call center solution. The system's benefits administration tools and Web site are made available to C&S employees and HR administrators. Additionally, RewardsPlus maintains data interfaces with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and other C&S benefit carriers to maintain enrollment elections.
