PLEASANTON, Calif. - Commerce One today announced that Midwestern grocery and drug retailer Hy-Vee is using Commerce One's Xpress Messenger for Retailers software to bolster the value of its UCCnet implementation.
The Xpress Messenger for Retailers solution, a component of the Commerce One Xpress Suite, is the first rapid-implementation solution to help retailers benefit from UCCnet's data synchronization services.
"We chose Commerce One Xpress Messenger because it proved to be cost effective, quick to implement, and offered straightforward training allowing us to quickly benefit from UCCnet data synchronization services in a way that supports our existing business practices," said Mark McQuistan, assistant VP of technology services at Hy-Vee. "Using Xpress Messenger, UCCnet implementation was much easier and faster than expected. We were able to connect to UCCnet within three days and test with existing suppliers."
