LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. - UCCnet has announced that Acosta Sales and Marketing, a leading full-service sales and marketing agency in North America that provides outsourced sales, merchandising, marketing, and promotional services to manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, will begin implementing the organization's item registration and data synchronization services.
The subscription allows Acosta to receive data from manufacturers that is consistent with the information provided to UCCnet and retailers. Acosta will begin implementing UCCnet's standards-based services in stages during 2003, using VeriSync Trade Solutions - a certified UCCnet alliance partner.
