TORONTO - Triversity Inc., a software provider delivering integrated customer-centric solutions for the retail industry, on Tuesday announced Holiday Quality Foods, a northern California-based grocery chain, will implement Allegiance 3.0, Triversity's retail CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution. Allegiance will enable Holiday Quality Foods to conduct business analysis on its customer data and improve its existing loyalty program, while leveraging the company's current IT investment.

The Allegiance CRM solution provides retailers with the ability to capture and analyze customer data and transform it into an information base. Allegiance helps retailers deliver personalized offers to customers based on established purchasing behaviors.
