The Nestea brand has launched a new 2014 advertising campaign and consumer sweepstakes in support of the revival of its classic "Nestea Plunge" concept, which initially ran from the 1970s through the 1990s.
The revived "Take the Nestea Plunge" campaign pays homage to the brand's classic ad spot with a contemporary reinterpretation to capture a younger consumer group. Media includes print, television and online.
“The Nestea Plunge epitomizes that invigorating dose of refreshment our fans expect from Nestea,” said Sara Hilliard, senior brand manager. “We’re thrilled to kick off the summer with the revival of this iconic campaign as well as a better tasting and lower calorie Nestea than ever before.”
Nestea Plunge Into Summer
Through the "Nestea Plunge Into Summer" sweepstakes, fans can enter under-the-cap codes online for a chance to win one of more than 300 prizes, including digital cameras, concert tickets, beach volleyball sets, and a year's supply of Nestea. The sweepstakes runs through Aug. 30.
Consumers can visit Nestea’s Facebook page to learn more about the Take the Nestea Plunge campaign. The campaign also can be followed through social media channels using the hashtag #NESTEAplunge.
