In celebration of National Beverage Day, the Milo's Famous brand is making its product line of Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea and no Calorie Tea Sweetened with Splenda available in Walmart stores throughout Texas.
“Our beverages are different from others because we source only natural ingredients, fresh brew all of our teas and never use colors, acids, additives or preservatives,” said Patricia Wallwork, CEO and an owner of Bessemer, Ala.-based Milo’s Tea Company. “Walmart has been a strong ally for the expansion of our products as their shoppers are craving fresh, all natural products that are made in the U.S. like Milo’s Tea.”
Wallwork noted that the mega-retailer has been supportive of the brand's growth goals, in that Milo's is a certified Women Business Enterprise, and Walmart has worked through it Global Women's Economic Empowerment Initiative to source billions for women-owned businesses in the U.S.
Milo’s beverages, which aim to meet the growing demand for all-natural products that are free from added preservatives, are brewed fresh from high-quality custom blended tea leaves.
