Red Gold Tomatoes has launched an integrated marketing campaign in an effort to celebrate "how food brings people together."
The initiative is fronted by a new 30-second television spot airing in 15 markets nationwide, and also includes the launch of a new website featuring an easy-to-search database of recipes, photo galleries and background on the more than 50 Red Gold family farmers across Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
The campaign will be supported by banner advertising, content marketing partnerships, blogger outreach and social media.
“Food prepared at home is one of the most powerful ways we can show love for others,” says Selita Reichart, who owns and operates Red Gold with her husband Brian and sons Beau and Colt. “Food brings us together, starts conversations, and renews bonds among us. This new campaign shows the importance of making personal connections through food, as well as highlighting the important role of knowing where the tomatoes are grown, how the tomatoes are grown, and who grows them!”
