The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association elected its 2015-16 officers and board of directors during the trade group's recent annual business meeting in Chicago.
John Cheesman, VP of business development, Clyde’s Delicious Donuts, was elected as the IDDBA's chairman of the board. He has served on the board since 2006 and has been actively involved in many committees. David Leonhardi, director of trade shows, tours and events for the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, continues to serve on the board as past chairman.
Other new officers for 2015-16: Executive Vice Chairman — Jewel Hunt, group VP bakery, Safeway Inc; Vice Chairman — Erik Waterkotte, senior director of sales, Columbus Foods; and Treasurer — Rick Findlay, VP of purchasing, Whole Foods Market.

Industry leaders elected to serve three-year terms on the IDDBA Board of Directors are: Jim Antrup, VP of sales, Dawn Food Products Inc.; John Cheesman (also elected chairman); William G. Klump, chief marketing officer, Butterball LLC; Eric A. Le Blanc, VP of marketing, Tyson Foods Inc.; Edward R. Meyer, group VP of meat, seafood and bakery, Schnuck Markets Inc.; Mark Rudy, VP of sales, Hubert Co.; Jerry A. Suter, VP of fresh merchandising, Meijer Inc.; Dotty VanderMolen, senior account executive, Waypoint LLC; and Voni A. Woods, VP of deli/bakery, Giant Eagle Inc.
