Weis Markets is overhauling its in-store and at-home marketing strategy via a newly formed exclusive alliance with global marketing execution firm InnerWorkings.
Under the new agreement, InnerWorkings will collaborate with Sunbury, Pa.-based Weis to develop marketing print strategies, point-of-sale displays, direct mail campaigns, and loyalty programs, as well as the logistical elements behind these services.
InnerWorkings will also help expand Weis’ supplier network with enhanced transparency and visibility across the marketing supply chain while also helping to ensure brand consistency for the 163-store regional grocer.
The Weis Markets/InnerWorkings partnership is expected to generate meaningful savings and shorten lead time for marketing materials by accessing objective data via InnerWorkings’ innovative technology platform.
