Dollar General Corp. intends to hire 10,000 more employees over the next month to support planned store openings and fill current vacancies.
To support that goal, the Goodlettsville, Tenn.-based Dollar General Corp. will host approximately 600 hiring events through Sept. 24, where interested applicants may meet with local store operations and human resources managers. Positions sought are both full- and part-time, including store managers, assistant store managers, lead sales associates and store associates for permanent roles. Candidates may fill out applications online at the retailer’s website.
With 13,000 stores, Dollar General has been recognized for its commitment to comprehensive employee training by Training magazine, which placed it among its Training Top 125 for the fifth consecutive year.
