North West Purchase of Cost-U-Less Expected to Close Today
BELLEVUE, Wash. - The North West Co. said it expected its purchase of Cost-U-Less, Inc., which shareholders approved Monday, to close today.
"We have been working with North West in an effort to confirm that all of the closing conditions have been met, and we expect to close the transaction on December 13, following the opening of our store in the Cayman Islands," said George Textor, chairman of Cost-U-Less.
Cost-U-Less operates 11 stores in the Caribbean and Pacific regions of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Netherlands Antilles, Hawaiian Islands, California, Guam, American Samoa, and Republic of Fiji.
