Runner-Up: Fresh by Brookshire's, Tyler, Texas

The objective for the new Fresh by Brookshire's grocery store in Tyler, Texas, was to share the wonders of fresh, prepared foods and wellness items in a helpful, informative atmosphere.  The store includes bakery, dairy, frozen, meat and seafood departments, as well as a floral section, an in-store bank, and a pharmacy complete with a drive-thru. 

Fresh by Brookshire's received its LEED Certification in February of this year.  Now that the store is complete, it has generated a lot of excitement in the area due to its new concept.
