Reporting directly to COO Kristen Stevens, Oakley brings to his new role more than 18 years of experience in public relations, public affairs and communications in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. His most recent position was public affairs and communications officer for Delaware-based EVRAZ Claymont Steel Inc.
