Phoenicia Specialty Foods Opens Downtown Houston Store

Phoenicia Specialty Foods, an international foods market with 10,000 products from more than 50 countries has expanded its operations with a new downtown Houston market.

It features:

• A gelato bar, gourmet sandwich station, salad bar, olive bar, demonstration kitchen, wine & cigar department, fine housewares section, full-service bakery and fresh baked pizza corner.
• Two, 150-foot pita bread conveyer belts that transports freshly baked pita bread and artisan flat breads from the market’s mezzanine bakery to customers below.
• MKT Bar (pronounced market bar), an in-house wine and beer bar with seating for up to 250 guests. MKT Bar offers a variety of wine, and beer, as well as international bites.
