FreshDirect’s online Thanksgiving Central section features a vast assortment of whole fresh and frozen turkeys, including organic, all-natural and smoked varieties; “Turducken,” a Cajun dish consisting of a semi-deboned turkey stuffed with a boneless chicken breast, as well as a boneless duck breast filled with cranberry stuffing; and prime beef, veal and pork selections.

Thanksgiving Central additionally provides one-click recipes and tips on deals to help customers save time and money for the holiday. The grocer’s QuickShop tool allows customers who shopped in past years can easily reorder from their previous Thanksgiving shopping list.

The chef-prepared, heat-and-serve option offers a seasoned turkey, a choice of stuffing, four side dishes, gravy, cranberry sauce, soft dinner rolls and dessert items, all delivered direct to customers’ doors. Prices start at under $20 per guest. A small Thanksgiving Dinner serving four to six, costs $149.99; a medium Thanksgiving dinner, serving eight to 12, costs $199.99; and a large Thanksgiving Dinner, serving 14 and 18, costs $299.99. Winners will be chosen from all valid entries received, on or about Nov. 30, 2009, by FreshDirect employees, whose decisions are final and binding. Each winner will be notified and will receive a credit for the cost of the dinner on their account by Dec. 11, 2009.

The deadline to order a FreshDirect Complete Thanksgiving Meal is Nov. 22, 2009. For rules and eligibility, consumers can visit www.freshdirect.com.
