Drink More Coconuts

Oct 4, 2009

Previously only available in an 11-ounce size, the new one-liter Tetra Pak containers of ZICO Pure Premium Coconut Water flavored varieties help meet growing demand for the exotic beverage in a larger, re-sealable package, while also offering greater value. All-natural Mango and Passion Fruit varieties have now joined ZICO Natural as available one-liter options. Made from 100 percent pure coconut water, the sports drink alternative contains no added fat, sugar, carbs or acidity, and provides more potassium than a banana and four additional naturally occurring electrolytes in a single 60-calorie serving, according to Hermosa, beach, Calif.-based ZICO Beverages, LLC. The suggested retail price is $5.45. For more information, visit www.zico.com.
