Lakeland, Fla.-based Publix is helping customers preserve family memories, traditions and recipes with a new keepsake book, Gathering: Thanksgiving Meals & Memories. In addition to providing blank pages and envelopes for transferring and holding family recipes, the book includes a collection holiday recipes.

Sections include "Planning for your Feast", "Making the Most of What's Left" with tips and recipes for leftovers including a cranberry sauce smoothie and turkey Cobb sandwich plus a journal section for recording holiday memories.
