Hormel Debuts Online Coupons, ‘My Account’ Web Site

June 18, 2009

In a bid to make it even easier for consumers to choose their favorite Hormel Foods-branded products, the Austin, Minn.-based company has launched a new feature on its homepage -- http://www.hormel.com -- that allows consumers to download and print coupons and create a personalized account.

Through a partnership with Coupons, Inc., Hormel Foods will offer consumers the opportunity to download one of each coupon every 60 days. Five coupons are currently available, with additional coupons to be added periodically, including:

-- Save 55 cents on one package of Hormel Natural Choice deli sandwich meat
-- Save 55 cents on one package of Hormel pepperoni
-- Save $1 on any one package of Hormel microwave bacon
-- Save $1 on any one Hormel party tray
-- Save $2 on one Hormel refrigerated entrée

The “My Account” registration feature allows consumers to print coupons, manage newsletter subscriptions and keep track of their preferred Hormel products.

Additionally, through a “My Account” signup, consumers will be notified when new coupons are posted to the Web site. In the coming weeks, Hormel will also bow a new “My Account” feature that allows consumers to save their favorite recipes to a private recipe box for easy access.
