Reser’s Fine Foods’ new ready-to-eat deli puddings are made with natural ingredients and calcium-rich, gluten-free recipes that allow consumers to indulge without guilt. The Beaverton, Ore.-based company is offering the category’s top-selling flavors: Chocolate, Tapioca and Classic Rice. Available nationally in August, the puddings, which debuted at IDDBA's 2009 Deli-Dairy-Bake Show this past week, retail for a suggested $2.79 to $3.29 per 1-pound container.
