Ralphs to Treat UCLA, USC Football Fans to Tailgating Parties

Ralphs is hosting a series of “Ultimate Tailgate Experience” events at select UCLA games at the Rose Bowl and USC games at the Los Angeles Coliseum which will start three hours before kickoff in the parking lot of each respective arena.

There will be complimentary alcoholic beverages for pigskin fans 21 and over, along with several big screen TVs to make sure no one misses any of the other collegiate games going on.

"If you want the ultimate in football tailgating, then the Ralphs Ultimate Tailgate Experience is perfect for you," said Kendra Doyel, senior manager of community affairs for Ralphs. "We've got food, drinks and football fun for the whole family. The Ultimate Tailgate Experience is just one more way that Ralphs customers are getting the products they want, plus a little."

Bruin and Trojan fans will receive a free ticket to Ralphs Ultimate Tailgate Experience when they shop at their neighborhood Ralphs supermarket and purchase $25 during one trip with their Ralphs rewards Cards. Tailgate event tickets will be printed on their receipt, which becomes their event admission ticket. The receipt covers admission to the Ralphs tailgating event only. Game tickets must be purchased separately.

Football fans can also attend the Ralphs Ultimate Tailgate Experience without a purchase for a $25 donation to the home university's charity of choice payable at the Ralphs tailgate event entrance.

Kroger-owned, Los Angeles-based Ralphs Grocery Company operates 231 supermarkets.
